The BHD Service Department calls customers regularly just to make sure things are going well. It's a good chance to check in, say hello and see if there is anything we can help them with.
We recently spoke to Tim, the Retail Pro Manager at The Fly Shop. Tim reported that SALES WERE UP 40% in Janaury, 2009. The Fly Shop has a very special niche in the retail industry, selling equipment and gear for fishing, and specializing in the popular sport of fly fishing.
